With its rustic ambiance, delectable seafood, and breathtaking views, it continues to enchant visitors from far and wide. Oh, and also, Nana’s garden, a beautiful herb and vegetable garden. All are scratch kitchens, meaning all ingredients are prepared in-house. The main kitchen continues to serve fresh gulf-caught seafood, such as grouper and red snapper.

There is the natural beauty of Eastern Lake right off the outdoor dining area where you can climb the platform and snap a sunset photo. There is the stocked sushi bar filled with boisterous diners enjoying the band. There is the little corner table in the back where a couple can enjoy a quiet, romantic evening dining on fresh gulf seafood. There is the oyster bar where you can catch the game and throw back some beers while slurping freshly-shucked gulf coast bivalves. There’s cornhole; there are top-shelf spirits; there’s even a garden growing fresh herbs and peppers for the bar. Inside there are several different dining areas, including the lower dining room with views of Eastern Lake, the sushi bar and oyster bar.

Raw oysters are sourced from the best providers available during the optimal harvest and season, including Canada, Virginia, and the Gulf. Since its founding, the Fish House’s menu and ambiance have evolved and improved. Old oak trees adorned with Spanish moss still greet guests entering the grounds.
This year, the Fish House was selected to be one of approximately 50 restaurants in the US to be certified to serve Kobe beef from Japan. There are only six other restaurants in Florida certified to sell Kobe in Florida. In addition to Hida and Kobe beef, the Fish House offers Snow Beef from Chateau Uenae, Miyazaki Beef, as well as Olive fed and Drunken Wagyu. Offerings include aged bluefin and uni (the edible part of a sea urchin).

They have transformed it into a beautiful oasis, nestled in the longleaf pine forests, decorated gorgeously with flowers, greenery, and twinkling lights.
